During the Renaissance of the Baroque period, our culture, which had become saturated with sophistication and rationalism, began to turn toward wilder ideals and simpler cultures. This piece explores the Baroque spirit and its connection to primitive spirituality, drawing parallels with contemporary society and a woman's desire to free herself from the superficial and seek a different form of spirituality.
